• Membership card or mobile app must be shown for benefits to apply; otherwise, privileges are not applicable
• Vouchers are for personal use only (and not corporate) and must be presented for each visit to • enjoy privileges
• Supplementary spouse and/or family cards available at JOD 75 per family member
• Accommodation bookings require availability and pre-booking
• Pre-booking is required for outlets, and the voucher must be presented upon arrival
• All benefits are subject to availability
• Benefits cannot be combined with other special offers
• Management reserves the right to adjust, modify, or remove benefits at any time
• Service charge applies to the total discounted amount
• Benefits are non-transferable and apply to members only, excluding supplementary card holders

• Acceptance: By using the membership card, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions stated here.
• Application: The benefits provided are exclusively applicable at Fairmont Amman and cannot be used at any other local or International hotels.
• Membership Card: The membership card remains the property of the issuing party and must be returned upon request. The card is valid for one year from the date of initial purchase. Please note that the card holds no cash value and does not serve as a dining reservation.
• Membership Benefits Conditions: All benefits are valid during the membership cycle and automatically expire thereafter. These benefits are not applicable during blackout dates and cannot be combined with other discounts or special promotions.
• Non-transferable Benefits: The benefits are strictly non-transferable and can only be utilized by the primary cardholder. The hotel may request proof of identification.
• Black-out Dates: The benefits may not be valid on specific dates, including Valentine's day, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year's Eve and Day, Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, National Holidays, or any other special events hosted by Fairmont Amman.
• Modifications: The given benefits are subject to change without prior notice by Fairmont Amman.

• Stolen or Lost Membership Materials: All materials will not be replaced. If the card is stolen or lost, it must be immediately reported to the program manager. A fee of JOD 20 will be charged for each replacement card, which will have the same expiration date as the previously issued card.
• Limitation of Liability: The owners, operators, directors, agents, managers, or employees of the hotel, as well as the proprietors or marketing agents of the membership program (referred to as "Protected Parties"), shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. This includes any loss, cost, or damage suffered by the member or others arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance. It also covers claims, demands, obligations, liabilities, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or of any relationship, liability for acts, omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, or damages of any type suffered by members or others resulting from the actions or inactions of the hotel, its agents, or employees in connection with the benefits provided to the member. In the event of a breach of any provision by any protected party, their liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by the member as a subscription for membership in the marketing program.
